1. Validity:
The following conditions are a component of all contracts for supplies, achievements, and offers of 246Media. Sales are only accepted due to the following conditions. With the distribution of the order, at the latest however with the receipt of the supply or achievement, this AGBs is accepted by the customer. All special agreements and contract modifications are valid only in written form.

2. Offers:
All offers of 246Media  are not-binding and noncommittal, even if they are not so characterized. Small deviations and technical changes to our illustrations or descriptions are possible. The respective catalog/price list loses their validity with appearance New edition. As catalog also our offer in the InterNet is to be understood.

3. Prices:
All prices understand themselves plus shippingcosts. There are different prices depending upon country and size of order. Please you consider the references in the order.

4. Passage of the risk:

5. Supply:
Any times for delivery require the written confirmation. All supplies stand under the reservation of correct and punctual self supply. Partial deliveries are permissible. The acceptance of the ordered and supplied commodity is the main obligation of the buyer. If the buyer rejects the acceptance or if it omits the acceptance, then the buyer is in delay. 6. Terms of payment:

6.2 The terms of payment and supply are more near proven in the purchase order form. With cash on delivery the customer is obligated to let from the feeder over the payment in the case of supply a receipt be issued and keep these. 7. Retention of title:
246Media reserves itself the property at the commodity, to all demands by 246Media opposite the customer from the business relation - including the in the future developing demands also contracts locked out at the same time or later - is settled. That applies, even if particulars or all demands of the salesman were taken up to a current calculation and the balance pulled and recognized are. 8. Notices of defect, guarantee:

9. Return right:

12. Salvatori clause and final clauses:
Should be one individual point of these conditions ineffective, there is no affect on the effectiveness of the remaining regulations. Ineffective regulations have to be replaced by effective regulations, which are approximate the same meaning and are valid.
